WHAT WE THOUGHT
Gen Z consumers are actively seeking hyper-personalised, bespoke experiences to escape the copy-paste nature of today’s online beauty landscape, but are incredibly cynical about products that feel like a performative, off-the-shelf cash grab. For The Browery, scaling a boutique service into a full retail line risked turning a deeply personal, human connection into a sterile, clinical commodity. Just another box on a crowded shelf.
To cut through the cynicism, the brand had to be an extension of the salon, built on the natural, contrasting personalities of founding sisters Amira and Rada. This inherent duality anchored the brand world: warm, personal welcomes meet straight-talking honesty, and elegant luxe beauty with urban street sass.

WHAT WE DID
Our brand manifesto “Welcome to the Sisterhood” evolved an intimate boutique clientele into a global, cult-status community open to all. We unified the entire brand ecosystem, ensuring the identity flowed seamlessly from the styling chairs into the consumer's home via a graphic and structural framework that contrasts delicate, high-fashion typography with punchy, unapologetic sans-serif clout and a soft nude palette with steely black precision. Making it clear that scaling up doesn’t have to mean selling out.

“Butterfly Cannon have perfectly captured what the Browery is all about - real people and real connections. Our brand is now fully realised but stays true to us and the sisterhood we have built.”
